Customer Service Agent

Job Description

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking personal and complete responsibility for each customer contact and by ensuring that all customer requirements are completely met. The CSR has primary responsibility for ensuring that customer needs are met.

As the Customer Service Representative, you serve as the primary internal representative of our organization, you must convey to the customer a sense of expertise in our services and capabilities. The CSR is also responsible for communicating customer requirements to the management or production team, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

 

Responsibilities:

 
-Receive inbound calls from participants
-Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills
-Attend to customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolution
-Answer participant questions, as well as question participants to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested
-Document all calls with regards to customer inquires accurately using Call Tracking System
-Monitor Call Tracking for responses from administrative team so call returns are done in a timely fashion
-Follow-up with customers within a particular period in regards to the initial phone call, even if it is to just touch base and let customer know inquiry is still be researched
-Knowledge of products
-Provide quality customer service on every call
-Communicate clearly and effectively with customers
-Promote good listening skills
-Manage length of calls
-Recognizing and managing assertive customer calls
-Promote teamwork and call center success
-Review monthly publication of Effective Telephone Techniques
-Listen to and critique recorded conversations for purposes of improving customer skills
-Organize and prioritizes duties


Intermediate developer

Seeking a self motivated, intermediate to senior .NET developer for full-time position in Burlington.


Must have:

  • 3+ yrs .NET experience (asp.net, C#, user controls, master pages, themes, TFS...)
  • 3+ yrs MS SQL Server (stored procedures, indexing, pivot tables...)
  • CSS, XHTML, Javascript, cross-browser anomalies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required
  • Experience in Web Server Management an asset
  • Must be a team player, backstabbers need not apply
MCSE an asset

Jr. Graphic Designer


Job Description
We are currently looking for an inhouse junior graphic designer with 1-2 years experience preferably in the advertising industry. We are looking for a person with strong conceptual, design and technical skills, with a strong working knowledge of the adobe creative suite. In addition, this individual must have strong organizational and time management skills.

JOB REQUIREMENT:
  • Create and design promotional material for a variety of clients
  • Working under the direction of the design team and collaborating with the senior designer 
  • Research collection trends, themes, and concepts to develop and demonstrate a clear perspective for the brand/product. 
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions of new product ideas

Specific Skills
  • Degree in Art/Design or equivalent from a four year college or university
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years design experience
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Team player with the ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure to execute projects in short timelines
  • Strong communication skills is a must
  • Must be willing to put in the hours necessary to complete projects
  • The ability to sketch, illustrate and communicate visual ideas
