customer service / sales management. Currently we offer the following boxed
solutions for this industry:

Service Follow Up
- customer is called and asked a single question concerning over level of
service. Recipient of call has the option to leave a message concerning their
experience.

Oil & Lube Reminder
- upon receiving this service, the customer phone, make and model are entered
into the calling system. 85 days from the previous date of service, consumer is
called and delivered a "time for Oil & Lube" message.

Customer Satisfaction Survey
- customized series of questions (1 to 100). Most effective when the consumer
is presented with a discount offer code on future purchase upon completion of
the survey.

Service Appointment Reminder
- a call forward option is available for a "Reschedule Appointment with a
Customer Service Representative" response from the called number.
* A toll-free number must be provided for this option.
